Order a Payza prepaid card in three easy steps
This will take you to a page with more information about the card. From this page, follow the steps below.
Note: If you have not yet verified your account, you will have to do so at this point. A Verify your Account button will appear which will lead you to the verification page. See the end of this post for instructions on how to become verified.
- To begin the ordering process, click on Order your Card and select which type of card you want. You can choose a Personalized Card and have your name appear on it or you can simply have the card read Payza Member. If you choose for it to readPayza Member, the name fields will disappear.
Note: If you have not yet uploaded Proof-of-Identity (POI) and/or Proof-of-Address (POA) documents, you will have to do so at this point. If you have both a POI and POA document approved in your account, you will not need to upload any documents for the ordering process.
- Confirm that your shipping address matches the address in your Payza account, then click Next.
- On this page, you will choose your preferred method of shipping (express or standard) and place your order. Enter your transaction PIN to purchase the card, then click Complete.
That’s it! You’re done! Check your email for a verification of payment notice for your Payza prepaid card.
You can check the status of your order within your Payza account. Just go to the Prepaid Card (Payza-Issued) section in the Main Menu and click on Order Status.
Once a card has been shipped you will receive an email confirming that your card is in the mail. If you have chosen express shipping you will also receive the tracking information by email.
You can cancel their order at any time before the card has been shipped. Just click onClick here to cancel your order at the bottom of the Order Status page, and your payment will automatically be returned to your e-wallet, including any shipping fees.
